Four ways we design out waste.
Demountable, not disposable
Our pods are pre-engineered modules, not built-in construction. They can be dismantled, relocated to a new floor or a new building, and reassembled — so a change of layout doesn't mean a skip full of plasterboard. The asset moves with the tenant.
Built to outlast the fit-out
Solid brass, bronze and stainless hardware doesn't delaminate, peel or date the way coated substitutes do. Specifying hardware that survives several interior cycles is the simplest carbon saving available — the piece never needs replacing.
Protection prevents replacement
A scratched glass panel, marked aluminium façade or chipped stone top usually gets replaced, not repaired. Surface protection film is a low-cost consumable that prevents a high-cost material from being scrapped — and lifts away clean, without residue or solvents.
Made close to where it's used
We manufacture and convert in Pune and supply projects across India. Shorter supply chains mean less freight, fewer intermediaries, faster corrections when something needs adjusting — and skilled manufacturing employment kept local.
Where the impact actually sits.
Specify
We size to the drawing rather than to a standard sheet, which keeps offcuts down. Where a lighter grade or thinner film will do the job, we say so — over-specification is waste that gets paid for twice.
Manufacture
Cutting, slitting and fabrication happen in-house, so remnants stay in our facility where they can be re-cut for smaller runs instead of leaving as site waste.
Install
Pods arrive pre-engineered and are assembled on site — dry construction, minimal dust, no wet trades, and far less site debris than built-in equivalents.
Use & repair
Components are replaceable. A worn seal, a damaged glass pane or a scratched panel can be swapped individually — you don't discard the pod because one part aged.
Relocate or recover
At end of tenancy a pod can be relocated rather than demolished. Where a product does reach end of life, metal-rich components — brass, stainless, aluminium — are conventionally recyclable materials with established scrap streams.

Metals that recycle
Brass, bronze, stainless steel and aluminium are among the most widely recycled materials in construction, and they hold value at end of life rather than becoming cost.
Acoustic textiles
Acoustic panel felts are commonly manufactured from recycled polyester fibre. We can supply panel material specifications on request for projects pursuing green building credits.
Finishes that last
PVD and quality plating extend service life significantly over decorative coatings — the finish is the difference between hardware that lasts twenty years and hardware that lasts two.
What we don't claim
We would rather be accurate than impressive. Where we hold formal certification or third-party test data for a product, we will share the certificate itself — not a logo. Where we don't yet, we'll say so and give you the material specification so your consultant can assess it against the credit you're targeting.
